Complete ALL Required Athletic Forms to be turned in on the 1st day of camp
Practice attire:
Formfitting shirt that will not get in the way when wrestling
Compression shorts/leggings that will not get in the way when wrestling
Wrestling shoes for the mat
Running shoes for conditioning/off-mat training
Mouthpiece required if you have braces
Towel to wipe sweat
Water bottle (1/2 gallon or more)
